Tour inquiry privacy notice
Effective October 10, 2026This notice explains how Sunshine Corner uses information submitted through its Facebook and Instagram tour inquiry forms and its online tour booking service. It applies to inquiries for Sunshine Corner Main, Sunshine Corner Too, Ray of Sunshine, and Sunshine in Versailles.
Information you provide
Our advertising inquiry form asks for the parent or guardian’s name, email address, optional phone number, preferred center, and type of care. When you book a tour, you also provide the appointment details and answers requested on the booking form. Please do not submit medical records, identification documents, payment details, or other sensitive information through an advertising inquiry form.
How your information is used
We use these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss programs and availability, help arrange your tour, and follow up about enrollment. The booking service uses appointment details to send confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling or cancellation messages. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a tour time or a childcare place.
Who handles the information
Sunshine Corner’s authorized management and center staff use inquiry and booking details to assist your family. Meta processes information submitted through Facebook and Instagram forms. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, and Acuity Scheduling processes online tour bookings. Email services support our responses and appointment notifications. These service providers also handle information under their own privacy policies.

Website and advertising information
Our website and its service providers may receive browser, device, page-visit, and referral information to operate the website and understand visits. Campaign links help us identify the source of visits. Facebook and Instagram process advertising activity under Meta’s privacy policy. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising preferences through your Meta account.
Your choices and questions
You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry details, or stop following up with you, by emailing sunshinecornertoo@gmail.com. We will review your request and any recordkeeping requirements that apply. You may also contact us directly instead of using an advertising form. Enrollment records and documents collected after you enroll are separate from this tour inquiry process.
